Straw hats are one size fits all and have an adjustable inner hat band. Some hats also have an adjustable chin strap to keep your hat secure in a high-wind scenario. Bead colors may vary; all hats are custom-made. We will do our best to create the color scheme you have requested. Hats are 100% straw and are not meant to get wet. Please note that prolonged exposure to high heat and humidity will negatively affect the integrity and form of the hat.

Custom bead personalized designs are not returnable unless the product does not match the description or customer order request. 

 

All products are inspected and photographed as they are processed for shipping to ensure your product is free of damage. 

 

Non-personalized products are fully refundable. We do not offer free return shipping. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
